The boss head is slightly larger so that it can be used for an orc lootenant. The bodies used in the image are for illustrative purposes and don't come with the set. The boyz bodies are from the mareen boyz mob set and the lootenant is from the Lootenant bully mob A set.
The pack includes 22 heads (11 unique heads, two of each type). They are attached to a sprue to make handling easier.
